Remember the start location of the Bruce Munro: Tropical Light self-guided tour has moved from Civic Park to Raintree Park at the top end of Smith Street Mall.
Viewers will then continue through Smith Street Mall where it will be activated by the successful works of the Larrakia artists as part of the Artistic Cultural Program from January to April 2020.
The Darwin-Belyuen Dancers are the first artists to highlight their 'pop up' work with a performance of traditional Aboriginal dance from 7pm at Raintree Park on Thursday, 16 January, Saturday, 18 January and then every evening until the end of January.
Shane Eecen's work, Linger Longer, has been relocated from West Lane to the Darwin Convention centre windows near the Sea Wall.
The Street Art in West Lane and Austin Lane continues to be an alternative activated walking route along the Tropical Light path. Information on the murals remains in the Tropical Light printed program and the updated Tropical Light App. Visitors on the Walk Darwin Tropical Light Artscape Tours will get a guided experience of the murals.
